“OKAY, you win! ...we're even now, right? Square? ...we're square.”
Steph is a recurring character in the TickleGame universe. In Julie the Tickler she is one of three people who catch Julie and force a deal over Julie's stolen video archive. In Julie 2: Mansion of Secrets she has a bonus level that opens after the main story, in which Julie confronts her four years after the first game. Her mansion room is the Surveillance Room.
She is also one of the three singers in the Text Me music video, with Eve and Val, two other women from the Julie 2 cast.
Appearance
Steph has a shoulder-length pink bob and blue eyes. In Julie 2 she wears a yellow camisole with pink trim and a pink belt.
She shows a range of expressions on screen, from smug and mischievous to soft, cold and shocked.
Personality
Steph is bubbly and talkative, with a fan-girl energy that makes her easy to underestimate. She is good at knowing things about other people, and she talks about gossip as casually as most people talk about the weather.
When she is cornered she goes quiet and answers in short lines. When a memory starts running long she tends to cut herself off with "...anyway!" and change the subject.
Story in Julie the Tickler
Steph is a college student, age 21 in this game. Julie is looking for the person who stole her private video archive, and her search leads her to Steph. Julie finds her backstage at a concert by the band Flying Ninja Dragons, where Steph plays the excited fan and answers questions with great enthusiasm. She says that Helen is the person who has Julie's videos.
The trap

Steph's cooperation backstage is part of the plan. She is working with Jen and Helen. Jen told her about Julie's videos, and Steph helped keep track of Julie's movements, partly by talking with Leah. She also helped prepare for Julie's capture.
In the final confrontation she is the second of the three people who speak up. She says that Jen told her the videos were kept, which shows that her own videos were in the archive too. The game ends with a settlement: the archive is deleted and everyone in it gets their videos back.

Steph is age 25 in this game. Her level is a bonus level that opens after the main story. To unlock it, the player finishes Helen's storyline, goes back into it and finds a list of names, which also unlocks Jen's bonus level.
Julie, now the Host, is working through that list, and Steph is the first name on it. Four years earlier Steph helped plan the concert trap and walked away untouched. Her words at the time were "At least I'm not the one that ended up trapped." Julie has kept them.
The level starts as a message exchange headed "SURVEILLANCE". Steph is already in the Surveillance Room, a room with two screens, and Julie talks to her through an intercom. At first Steph does not know who is speaking, then she recognizes Julie. She is friendly and tries to charm her.
Julie quotes the line back. Steph says she was kidding, mostly, and tries to pass it off as old friends having fun. She also says the list was not her idea and blames Helen and Jen. Julie does not accept that, and the scene moves into the room for the tickling round.
Before the round, the player chooses how Julie approaches her: catch up, collect on a debt, or charm. Steph finally gives in and asks whether they are even now. She also warns that Jen is next on Julie's list.
Ticklish spots
In Julie 2, Steph's weak spot is her left sole. To win her level, the player uses a massage machine and a tongue on that foot. The in-game note reads "Left sole, massage machine and tongue."
Her reactions build in stages. She starts out teasing ("You missed me... admit it"), then protests ("That's cheating!"), and finally gives in ("OKAY, YOU WIN!").
Other appearances
Steph appears in the music video Text Me with Eve and Val. It is one of four music videos released in September 2026. A gameplay video of her Julie 2 level is on the TickleGame YouTube channel.
She also has a chat character at chat.ticklegame.com. In chat she is a fan visiting a returning player, warm and eager. She mentions the events of the first game knowingly but does not go over them again.
