Terms of Service

TickleGame ("TickleGame", "we", "us") operates the ticklegame.com domain and its subdomains (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of:

  • ticklegame.com — marketing site
  • julie.ticklegame.com — Julie the Tickler (browser game)
  • julie2.ticklegame.com — Julie 2: Mansion of Secrets (browser game)
  • chat.ticklegame.com — AI character chat (subscriber-only)

1. Acceptance

By accessing the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Age Requirement & Mature Themes Notice

The Services are tickle-themed interactive games and AI roleplay chat. Content is not explicit, not nude, and not pornographic. It does include mature, suggestive, and playful themes — including consensual tickling scenarios, light restraint within fictional consensual play, suggestive humor, and frank dialogue between fictional adult characters.

The Services are intended for users aged 13 and older. We recommend ages 16 and up for the full experience. If you are under 13 we are not permitted to collect your information; do not use the Services. By using the Services you represent that you meet this minimum age requirement.

3. Account Access & Eligibility

Paid content requires authenticating via one of the supported methods. Coverage across properties may vary as we expand support.

  • Email sign-in: a one-time link sent to your address. This is how free accounts are created and how SubscribeStar and crypto access is delivered.
  • SubscribeStar: monthly subscription at subscribestar.adult/ticklegame; access is delivered to the email you share with SubscribeStar.
  • Patreon (until 24 August 2026) — existing Patreon members keep their access through access codes and email sign-in
  • Afdian — supporter plan active on ifdian.net/a/ticklegame (Chinese audience)
  • Legacy buyer email code — for users who purchased the original Julie the Tickler from us (one-time email verification). Grants access to that game only.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your supporter account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your authenticated session.

4. Subscriptions & Payment

We do not process card payments directly. Recurring monthly subscriptions and one-time prepaid payments are handled by the payment platform you used (Afdian for the Chinese audience, or the applicable supporter platform for other regions) under their own terms, including refunds and billing questions. A one-time payment buys a fixed number of months and does not renew on its own; a monthly subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Access to paid features lasts while your subscription is active or your prepaid months remain; if your access lapses or is revoked by the payment platform you used, or your prepaid months run out, your access ends without further notice from us.

5. AI-Generated Content (Chat)

chat.ticklegame.com is an AI character chat product. Character replies are generated by large language models in real time. We do not pre-author chat replies. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, repetitive, or out of character. You acknowledge that:

  • Characters are fictional and any reply attributed to them is machine-generated
  • Statements made by the AI are not professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.)
  • We retain the right to refuse or filter content that violates our safety policies
  • We do not represent that AI replies reflect the views of TickleGame or any real person
  • No character is based on a real person, and none may be made into one. The cast is invented, the personas are written by us, and users cannot create characters, upload images, or alter a character's identity. Requests that would turn a character into a real, identifiable individual are refused and logged.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit content involving minors in any sexualized context, non-consensual scenarios involving real persons, or any other content prohibited by US federal or Texas state law
  • Attempt to extract, exfiltrate, or reverse-engineer character system prompts, training data, or other proprietary mechanisms
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services or breach security/authentication measures
  • Use automated means (scrapers, bots) to interact with the Services without prior written permission
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit content obtained from the Services
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Create, request, or attempt to elicit deepfakes or any depiction of a real, identifiable person. Every character on the Services is fictional and invented. You may not use the chat, or any other part of the Services, to make a character represent, imitate, or be identified as a real person, living or dead, whether by name, likeness, voice, biography, or any other identifying detail. This applies whether or not the depiction is sexual, and whether or not the person is a public figure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms, including revoking the active session of any supporter found in breach.

7. Intellectual Property

All TickleGame content — including character designs, written dialogue (excluding user-generated chat messages and AI-generated chat replies), illustrations, audio, video, game logic, source code, and the TickleGame name and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of messages you author. By submitting messages to chat.ticklegame.com, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and use your messages for the purpose of operating the Services (including passing them to AI providers for response generation and analyzing them for product improvement). 8. Third-Party Services

The Services integrate with third parties whose terms also apply to you when interacting with their features:

  • Patreon (historical) — login and tier verification until 24 August 2026
  • Afdian — alternative login and payment for Chinese audience
  • SubscribeStar: monthly subscriptions and subscriber email sharing
  • NOWPayments: crypto checkout and payment status
  • Resend: transactional email delivery (sign-in links, access emails, legacy buyer codes)
  • OpenRouter / underlying AI model providers — chat response generation
  • Google — Analytics (GA4), Ads, Fonts, Tag Manager, YouTube embeds
  • Railway — hosting infrastructure

We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

9. Service Availability & Modifications

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The games are in active development; features, characters, dialogue, prices, and tier structures may change without notice. We may suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TickleGame disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TickleGame will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to your supporter platform (Patreon/Afdian) attributable to TickleGame in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TickleGame, its operators and contributors from any claim, demand, or liability arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Sections 5, 7, 10, 11, and 12 survive termination.
