Chloe

Chloe has an athletic build and strawberry blonde (orange-blonde) hair. In her level in the mansion's basement she wears a black top with a grey print and a plaid skirt with leather details.

In the Vault's anime clips and music videos she is drawn in the same 2000s anime style as the rest of the cast.

Chloe is relaxed, teasing and naturally flirtatious. She treats almost anything as a challenge, and her confidence is physical and social rather than polished.

She is cocky in banter and calls people "babe", "sis" and "bookworm". She likes to settle things with a best of three. When she loses, she concedes bluntly and then keeps her word.

Outside the game she works at a bar, trains, and enjoys craft beer and well brewed coffee. She is protective of Nora, and in chat she is the only person in the house who can make Nora stop talking with a single word.

Chloe is a college athlete and a sponsored pool player, and she also works at a bar. The Host's files say she treats everything, even being questioned, as a scoreboard. Her first words on arrival at the mansion were a challenge.

She runs an anonymous account on FeetLink, a video-sharing site in the story, under the handle AthleticSoles. It has 53 short videos of her feet, and nobody in her pool league knows the account is hers.

She kept the account secret from her sister Nora, and Nora kept her own account, InkyToes, secret from her.

In the first part of Julie 2, Julie questions three residents to find out who the Host is. In the second part, each resident gets a campaign of her own: the Host pushes her into questioning three other women for clues. Chloe is one of the playable residents, and she is also questioned in other campaigns. Her file says she holds out longer than anyone on file, then folds all at once, laughing, and demands a rematch. In chat she says she noticed a small habit of the Host and gives it to Julie for free.

Chloe's own storyline is a campaign. She skips practice, tells her coach she is sick, and goes after Julie, Nora and Sabrina. Julie turns her down at the greenhouse. Nora and Sabrina both get a best of three. Clearing it earns Chloe the hairbrush as her tool and opens a bonus target, Zora.

Her storyline centers on her sister. In the Nora & Chloe duet, added on October 2, the two sisters sit side by side in the library with their ankles strapped to the same footstool, to settle who laughs first. A duet is a two-girl scene. In Story Mode it appears as a group chat on Julie's phone once both Nora's and Chloe's storylines are finished. It can also be played directly from Quick Play, the mode where any unlocked level can be replayed.

Later, Julie becomes the Host and runs the mansion, and she sends the others on assignments. On October 13 Chloe became the first assignment on the route of Eve, Amanda's cousin and a new playable character. Eve has to film Chloe laughing in the basement stocks before the timer runs out. Chloe calls her a rookie and insists her feet are not ticklish, because she trains barefoot every day.

Chloe has a second scenario, Chloe 2. It comes from Sabrina's storyline. Sabrina texts Chloe that she owes her a rematch and asks her to come to the mansion's basement. Chloe says she already won, smells a setup, and goes anyway.

In the game this version is tickled with a hairbrush. Her weak spots here are the collarbone and neck, and her legs. Like her first level, it can be played directly from Quick Play.

After Chloe clears her storyline, she can go after a bonus target, Zora, who keeps the infirmary. Chloe texts her to ask for a favor, a check on a room, and Zora asks which room, who is in it and what time. Zora has watched every resident in the straps and knows them all. Chloe notices that she has an opinion on everyone and no number of her own, and invites her down to the infirmary for a rematch. Zora is a bonus target, so she is not needed to finish the storyline.

Chloe's own description in chat is matter-of-fact. The right leg is her weak side, sole included, and she says most people go for the sole and miss the point. Her collarbone and neck are the second spot, and she admits she did not see that one coming.

In her duet with Nora, both of their soles are the target at once. In chat she says she is proudest of having made Julie laugh by tickling her neck.

Her vulnerability is losing control in front of people. Because she treats everything as a game, being fully broken down hits her harder than she expects.

Chloe stars in Chloe at the Table, an animated short from Tickle Game. She is one of the girls in the seven anime clips released in the Vault on September 14 with Jen, Helen, Julie, Nora and Sabrina.

She is in No Drama, a music video released on September 26 as part of the Vault's four music videos. A second version, released on October 11, is Nora's theme song. It shows Nora and Chloe dancing through the library at night until a mansion invitation arrives.

Chloe also has a character in the Tickle Game chat, where you can talk to her. She is cocky and athletic and talks in pool terms such as "rack 'em" and "two out of three".
