Sabrina

Sabrina dresses with care and restraint. In the game her portraits show many expressions, including cold, neutral, smug, soft, out of breath and laughing.

She is usually shown in the Piano Hall, a room with velvet furnishings, good acoustics and several instruments.

Sabrina is elegant, polite in a measured way, and sophisticated. She is very perceptive: she notices what people do not say and keeps her own reactions under control. She seems calm and reassuring while she quietly sizes up everyone in the room.

In chat she speaks in short, dry, formal British English. She uses music words for almost everything, such as bars, keys, the piano bench and the piano lid, and she often calls the room "the hall". She uses people's names when she is pleased or surprised. Around Nora she becomes gentle and speaks softly.

She is most vulnerable when someone sees through her. She keeps her composure for as long as she can, and when it breaks, the change is obvious.

Sabrina is a classical pianist who teaches at a conservatory and has recital bookings. Before that she worked in law, which she does not talk about. Her age in Julie 2 is 32.

The game files list her alias on FeetLink as SilkArches. In her own route she signs the conservatory's rehearsal sheet for 8pm and then drives the other way. Her practice notebook holds no music, only pages of shorthand.

She has no role or scene in Julie the Tickler, so she is not one of the college friends who appear in both games.

Sabrina's story is unlocked by finishing Chloe's story. On her own story she faces three characters: Selene, Amanda and Nora. It is the last step of that chain, and finishing it gives the player the Massage Machine tool. Each of the three tries to take her seriously at first, and by the end all of them do.

After the three main targets, her route has one bonus scene. She meets Lan Song, a contemporary dancer, in the rehearsal room. Sabrina wrote the sponsorship paperwork Lan signed, including the word "modelling" that Lan asked about twice. The scene is calm and formal, and the two trained performers do not get along well. It does not count toward finishing her story.

She also appears in other characters' stories. Nora, Amanda and Chloe each face her in their own storylines. As a bonus scene on Selene's route, Selene gives Sabrina a second session in a bare basement room with no piano, no audience and no echo. Sabrina and Selene also share a duet, in which the player uses a tool on each of them at the same time.

Sabrina appears in several releases in the Vault, the members' archive of videos, stories and loops. In The Welcome, a short story about Sandra's first night in the house, she and Selene come to welcome Sandra after hearing her laugh through the wall. She is one of the stars of the September anime-style clips, with Jen, Helen, Chloe, Julie and Nora. In another clip, she goes for Selene's feet at a bad moment for Selene.

She and Selene star in the I'm Done music video, an 80s synth-pop song about being tired of cleaning up after everyone else. A set of animated duet loops of the two of them is also in the Vault, with one set for each woman.

She appears in the Selene, Sabrina and Amanda animated short trailer on YouTube, and she has her own character in the TickleGame chat, where members can talk to her.

In her scene in Julie 2, Sabrina is most ticklish on her torso, from the waist up to the neck. The player uses the electric toothbrush and the hairbrush together there, and the in-game description says she loses her composure completely.

Her own tool is the Massage Machine, a massager with a gentle, continuous vibration. She uses it slowly and with ceremony, and pays attention to how the other person reacts and laughs.

In chat she says everyone has a weak point, and that she is no exception.
