The future of
Julie The Tickler

There are some good news and some bad news.

The bad news is that the game is broken because the technology used to build it is not supported anymore.

Without going too deep, the game was created 14 years ago, and the technology that made it possible to run has now been blocked and phased out by all browsers. Additionally, the original code on the server-side is outdated and stopped working in a recent update.

The good news is that I have decided to rebuild the game for modern browsers. That will make it possible to play on a computer or on a mobile device (this was a recurrent request).

My original plan was to remake the game exactly as it was. But, since I’m doing pretty much everything again, it makes sense to add some features that weren’t possible in the original version.

Some of these features are voice acting and cosmetic options.

All this sounds great, but this takes time and money, so it could take a while until you see this come to life. If you want to help with this project, you can always throw a buck or two for beer and coffee. I’ll leave a Paypal Donate Button if you want to contribute.

So, that’s it for now. I hope to have more info shortly.

Thanks,

Your friend, Henry.
